This 30 day trial is available for all Simple Mobile Unlimited plans
only, not available for Simple Mobile phone card plans or cell phone
purchases for this or any other service/plan we may or may not offer.

Smart USA reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue this
offer at anytime for any reason without notice. This offer not
available in areas where Simple Mobile wireless service is not
available, check the coverage map to see if simple Mobile wireless
service is available in your area. To qualify you must purchase the
Simple Mobile SIM Card and purchase your desired unlimited plan,
activate your service thru Phone Smart USA and adhere to all the terms
and conditions as set forth by Phone Smart USA and Simple Mobile.
If
you purchased a phone for use with this service, the return and/or
warranty terms/rules for that particular phone applies and supersedes
the free trial offer as it pertains to the phone only. If you decide
on or before 30 days of activation (weekends and holidays included)
that you do not want this service just call us and we will deactivate
your account. You are responsible for the re-porting of your number to
the next carrier you choose or carrier you are returning to. Phone
Smart USA will not assume responsibility for loss of number or
discontinuances for non-use or lapsed use of your number. You will be
refunded the cost of your service only minus 10%
processing/administrative charge, the SIM card is yours to keep.
There is no refund on the SIM card, refunds can take up to 30 business
days and your refund will be issued in the manner of your purchase
transaction. E.g., if you paid by credit/debit card your refund will
be made to that same card only no exceptions you are responsible for
providing us with the correct card and information for certified funds
or cleared check your refund can take up to 10 days longer. If you
purchased and activated multiple accounts, you may choose one or all
to be deactivated and receive your refund accordingly.
This
offer is not available for businesses or charitable entities including
non profit organizations. This offer may only be used once per house
hold, if you are opening an account in the name of someone other than
the purchaser, only the purchaser is allowed to cancel the account and
only the purchaser is entitled to a refund, no exceptions. Phone Smart
USA has the right to ask why you are pursuing this offer and/or
service and reserves the right upon its discretion, to rescind this
offer to anyone who intends to abuse or, engage in unethical or
fraudulent activities.
